The building that would become Larsen Dental was in a state of disrepair when Dr. Andrea Larsen and her husband, John, first laid eyes on it. Located along the river in Beaver Dam, WI, the building had stood vacant for years. During a tour with Ian, they shared their vision of transforming the space into a dental clinic. Could it be done, they wondered. Ian saw the potential and confidently assured them it could. Embracing the challenge, they moved forward with their dream, navigating hurdles such as remediation, site issues, and parking constraints. During renovation, the discovery of original masonry walls added a unique touch to the operatories, while a mural of historic Beaver Dam now accents the inviting waiting room. The result is a warm, welcoming space that honors both Beaver Dam's history and its community.
