Seymour Dental

As you drive along State Highway 54 in Seymour, Wisconsin, the striking design of Seymour Family Dental immediately catches the eye. Dr. Tony Kraft and Dr. Ashley Reed partnered with Nolan Carter to create this custom-built facility, tailored to their expanding practice. Nolan Carter successfully addressed challenges with wetlands and stormwater management, while also securing TIF support from the City of Seymour. The clinic’s design features a south-facing entrance and north-oriented treatment rooms that maximize natural light, creating a welcoming and bright environment. This project has not only enhanced the local community but also inspired the creation of two sister clinics across the state, highlighting its success.
